Work Environment\n

This role provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage primarily via telehealth services. You will also have access to our outpatient office for occasional in-person consultations and team meetings. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and design personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide targeted care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering an environment of openness and community among patients addressing similar mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and assistance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate actively in case consultations, contribute during team meetings, and engage in continuous learning activities to stay informed on the latest research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Many clients experience co-occurring disorders, and you will play a critical role in ensuring they receive holistic and comprehensive care that addresses both their mental health and social needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
