Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, subsequently developing personalized treatment interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other approaches to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and holistic support tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergency situations, showcasing your technical skills and empathetic approach.

• Participate actively in community outreach and educational programs aimed at fostering mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role is centered around understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by each client, providing a culturally competent approach to therapy that emphasizes respect and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rewarding therapeutic relationships with clients and foster an environment of trust.

• Demonstrable cultural competence, integrity, and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of populations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate documentation and case records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
