Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs using evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Establish and foster a therapeutic alliance with clients to facilitate their healing journey and emotional growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of clinical psychotherapy experience, preferably with adult clients.
