Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in your field of specialization: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating effective practice and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sparks Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, not including potential bonuses. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to utilize the clinic's platform services at no cost to you, as long as you remain an active counselor.
