Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals who are navigating the complexities of co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will play a crucial role in helping these patients achieve better health outcomes through integrated care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience addressing mental health needs within the context of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Strong knowledge of maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
