Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans for clients seeking mental health support.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approved modalities, fostering strength and resilience in patients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews to enhance care quality, embrace ongoing learning, and stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health practice.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community, equipping them to navigate their challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Strong proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the capability to develop tailored treatment strategies for individual clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
