Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating effective decision-making under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their journey.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to continuously improve practices and stay updated on current methodologies in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, obtained from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active state license as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
