Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health challenges, ensuring tailored treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encourage therapeutic growth and enhance overall well-being.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to create a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
• Establish and track individualized therapeutic goals with clients to measure progress and adapt strategies as needed.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to adhere to ethical and organizational standards while contributing to the ongoing development of the clinic's best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends and methodologies in mental health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
