Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of patients, creating individualized care plans that reflect their unique experiences and needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, including both individual and group sessions, using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, providing referrals when additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a wide range of disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. Understanding and utilizing culturally responsive practices will be key in establishing trust and effective therapeutic relationships with your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Holding a current and valid professional license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the State of California is essential to practice in our facility.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is required, demonstrating a robust understanding of mental health treatment.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a focus on cultural competence and inclusivity in all treatments.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a calm demeanor in stressful situations are critical attributes for this role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
