Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations to identify client concerns, mental health history, and personal goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client-specific needs, working collaboratively with clients to define achievable objectives.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and management strategies, fostering a deeper understanding of mental well-being.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, to guide clients through their treatment journey.

• Engage actively in case discussions with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health treatment to continually improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. This diversity requires a cultural competence and adaptability to tailor interventions according to each client's background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the State of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Strong technological proficiency for telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of post-graduate experience is required, we value individuals with additional specialties in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or children and adolescents' mental health. Familiarity with telehealth modalities and documentation processes can further enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employer-matched 401(k) plan, generous paid time off, and life insurance coverage.
