We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily front-line operations in Swanton, Ohio. This contract opportunity with potential for a long-term role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, communicates confidently with a wide range of customers, and takes pride in delivering dependable service. In this role, you will assist visitors and callers, coordinate travel-related arrangements, and help keep customer-facing areas organized and welcoming. This is a 2nd shift position and includes weekends.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, sales, or a related client-facing position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, stay organized, and remain effective in a busy work setting.

• Demonstrated ability to build positive customer relationships through a helpful and detail-oriented approach.

• Quick to learn new procedures and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening requirements.

• Aviation industry experience is helpful, but not required
