Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an exciting opportunity at a general aviation facility located at Toledo Express Airport in Swanton, OH.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced aviation environment. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with both local and visiting aviation customers while supporting a variety of front-desk and administrative functions.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour, based on experienceSchedule: Afternoon/Weekend Shift
Full-time | Immediate Opening
Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers while providing information about available aviation-related services
• Answer customer questions and provide professional, friendly service
• Process point-of-sale transactions and complete basic computer and administrative tasks
• Schedule customer vehicle and hotel reservations
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of freight between aircraft and trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and concession area
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general customer inquiries
• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Aviation experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and positive demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic math, computer, and phone skills
• Quick learner who can work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Must be able to pass a TSA background check and screening
