Facility Manager

Cadence Petroleum Group is a fast growing automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricant, DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) distributor in the United States. Cadence is currently recruiting for a Facility Manager for our Indianapolis site. The continued growth of Cadence demands this addition to our team. Cadence is committed to their employees as well as to providing the highest level of service for customers.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Managewarehouseassociatesandsupportdeliverydrivers
  • Plan,monitorandexecuteschedulesandadjustasneededtoensureproperstaffingthatsupports operationaldemandsandbusinessobjectives.
  • Manageinboundandoutboundloadingandunloadingoftruckswhilemaintainingwarehouseorganizationandinventoryaccuracy.
  • Maintainproductivity,customerserviceandsafetystandardsonadailybasis
  • Providesuperiorcustomerserviceandmaintainprofessionalandcourteousrelationswithcustomersandsuppliers
  • Communicatewithemployeesinareassuchas:objectives,policies,procedures,safetymethods,etc.
  • Works with dispatchers to coordinate the most efficient deliveries.
  • Appliesknowledgeofcustomerschedules,deliverytimes,trafficvolumeandalternateroutestoincreaserouteefficiencies.
  • Hastheabilitytosafelyloadandunloadproductsaccordingtosizeofloadandcontentdescription
  • Provides superior customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
