Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. Responsibilities Managewarehouseassociatesandsupportdeliverydrivers Plan,monitorandexecuteschedulesandadjustasneededtoensureproperstaffingthatsupports operationaldemandsandbusinessobjectives. Manageinboundandoutboundloadingandunloadingoftruckswhilemaintainingwarehouseorganizationandinventoryaccuracy. Maintainproductivity,customerserviceandsafetystandardsonadailybasis Providesuperiorcustomerserviceandmaintainprofessionalandcourteousrelationswithcustomersandsuppliers Communicatewithemployeesinareassuchas:objectives,policies,procedures,safetymethods,etc. Works with dispatchers to coordinate the most efficient deliveries. Appliesknowledgeofcustomerschedules,deliverytimes,trafficvolumeandalternateroutestoincreaserouteefficiencies.
