At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 190 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.


We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. We've also been named to the Forbes Cloud 100 and the 2026 Enterprise Tech 30 as the only healthcare AI company on the list!

About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - helping businesses realize the value of Assort's AI platform.

Assort Health is at an inflection point, closing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean sales team. You'll play a key role in accelerating that growth and shaping our go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.
  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development.
  • Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort's platform to potential customers.
  • Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively in the market.
  • Contribute to Assort's growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of full-cycle experience + closing experience within b2b SaaS.
  • Strong track record of beating quotas and closing deals- ideally $100K+.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
  • Comfort with technical products and an ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup.
  • Previous experience selling AI-driven or automation-based solutions.
