HORIBA is looking for a Contract Administrator to administer major automotive contracts and to ensure accurate & timely processing of sales orders/records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provides for proper acquisition and fulfillment of contracts in accordance with company policies and customer specifications. Reviews costing, performance requirements and delivery schedules ensuring accuracy and completeness. Participates in order entry meetings to verify documentation is in accordance with contractual specifications; may recommend modifications to contract contents to management. Issues monthly invoices for automotive accounts. Prepares and maintains Job Summary database for major contracts. Assists in corporate accounting collection of major contracts.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Requirements: Requires working knowledge of purchasing, contracts and accounting as typically may be gained through a bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of internal business processes and procedures. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical skills along with verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook. Previous experience in a Contract Administrator role preferred.
