Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual mental health needs and establish collaborative therapy treatment goals.

• Administer both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate patient growth and healing.

• Document and maintain detailed, confidential records of observations and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Regularly evaluate the progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide patients with valuable information about community resources and therapeutic activities to empower their recovery journey.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Assist with direct patient care as needed, ensuring each patient receives the quality support and attention they deserve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele facing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and family issues. By establishing a supportive therapeutic alliance, you will help guide patients in developing personalized coping mechanisms and recovery plans that foster resilience and self-efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in the mental health field demonstrating a strong understanding of therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
