This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic firm known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Aid in day-to-day responsibilities. Manage case files and maintain organized documentation. Communicate with clients and other parties to coordinate legal proceedings. Schedule appointments, depositions, and court appearances. Prepare and file documents with the court in a timely manner. Support hearing/trial preparations by organizing exhibits and evidence. Requirements Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Minimum of 2 years experience as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Proficient in NJ eCourts and PACER preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
