Desafíos y Oportunidades
- Supervisar mensualmente el cálculo, análisis y revisión de la liquidación de sueldos, asegurando la precisión en los datos, el cumplimiento de las normativas legales vigentes, y apoyándose en estudios contables y legales externos de cada país, incluyendo los procesos relacionados con ADP y payroll , así como el control de las liquidaciones de egresos.
- Participar en el proceso integral de administración de personal, gestionando la información legal y contractual en coordinación con el departamento Legal y asesores externos, y asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, tanto a nivel de onboarding como de offboarding .
- Mantener actualizado el sistema interno, realizando análisis que brinden soporte a la toma de decisiones, ofreciendo sugerencias de optimización y detección de oportunidades, y anticipando la información necesaria para acompañar al colaborador en una mejor gestión.
- Coordinar y acompañar al equipo en la ejecución de los procesos operativos del área.
- Colaborar en el diseño e implementación de procesos, políticas y procedimientos escalables.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas, brindando soporte documental y operativo , incluyendo el control de riesgos.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Profesionales de las carreras de Contador Público, Administración de Empresas, o afines .
- Experiencia mayor a 5 años en posiciones similares adquirida en consultoras, fintech y/o empresas digitales.
- Excelente manejo de paquete Microsoft Office, especialmente de Excel avanzado y de herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Experiencia automatizando procesos y versatilidad de herramientas tecnológicas.
- Nivel intermedio del idioma inglés.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
