Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health conditions.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress toward treatment goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary throughout the therapy process.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of mental health therapy to continually enhance the effectiveness of treatment modalities.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at River Way Mental Health Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses.
