Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health disorders.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support groups on topics relevant to mental health, wellness, and coping strategies.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools, including standardized tests and evaluation scales, to inform treatment decisions and measure progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in crisis intervention and short-term counseling for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Establish and uphold trusting relationships with clients, promoting a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Attend and contribute to team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance service delivery and teamwork.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure requirements through continuing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
