Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.
• Developing effective and individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to client-specific needs.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth.
• Setting clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitoring client progress using structured frameworks.
• Offering teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographic or mobility challenges.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical and compliance standards.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health disorders, trauma survivors, and those experiencing anxiety and depression. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple cases.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience providing mental health therapy.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling.
• A background in crisis intervention or working with clients experiencing severe mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, employees benefit from:
