Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional states, using diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to gather comprehensive client histories.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with the strategic goals of each client, regularly updating these plans based on ongoing evaluations and client progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques in individual and group settings.
• Continuously monitor clients' progress, making adjustments to therapeutic approaches as needed to better meet clients’ evolving needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, helping them to navigate these challenges effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a cross-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and other specialists to formulate comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Stay current with the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies, actively participating in professional development to enhance your skills.
• Engage in regular supervision and case consultations to strengthen clinical competencies and maintain a high standard of care.
