Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities to promote clients’ personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Set clear therapeutic goals and monitor ongoing client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients, enhancing accessibility and accommodating those facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation of all counseling sessions in accordance with professional standards and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with grief and loss in a hospice setting, as well as those struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a flexible caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a hospice or palliative care environment is highly regarded, along with a background in trauma-informed care. Familiarity with telehealth protocols and digital platforms for virtual therapy sessions will enhance your integration into our team. Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, based on experience and caseload.
