Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying specific needs and developing tailored treatment interventions.
• Utilize appropriate clinical modalities to conduct therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist patients in navigating their treatment objectives.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning by actively engaging in team meetings, case reviews, and documentation practices to ensure seamless communication across care providers.
• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain ethical documentation and meet departmental expectations for timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing supervision and attending training sessions relevant to evolving clinical practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
