This role is fully remote, allowing you to create a productive and comfortable workspace to best serve your clients. Our outpatient-focused model ensures that you will work with clients who seek therapy without the need for hospitalization, allowing you to make a significant impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health through interviews, tests, and observational techniques, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.
• Design, implement, and continually revise individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise, client feedback, and best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions.
• Maintain precise and confidential records of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while facilitating appropriate tracking of client progress.
• Support clients in developing practical coping strategies and skills to navigate their challenges and foster emotional resilience.
• Actively participate in crisis intervention, advocating for clients by coordinating necessary services and responding adeptly to emergencies as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents experiencing developmental challenges to adults seeking support for ongoing mental health conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
