Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client, to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
• Hold individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client recovery and growth.
• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance professional development and address clinical challenges.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
