Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while connecting with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using an array of modalities that fit the client’s specific circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing a space for clients to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to enhance accessibility for clients who have difficulty attending in-person sessions.
• Document therapy sessions promptly and accurately to maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, peer consultations, and educational opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a wide-ranging client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients value a safe and respectful therapeutic space where they can openly discuss their feelings and experiences. As a therapist, you will collaborate with clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals and contribute to their journeys toward improved mental health.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring an empathetic and supportive approach to client interactions.
• A strong ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and adhere to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience

We seek candidates with at least two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy. Experience in telehealth service delivery and an understanding of its best practices will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, alongside an eagerness to learn and adapt, will enhance your contributions to our team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule that allows for an optimal work-life balance.
