Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments through virtual meetings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide effective short-term individual counseling via telehealth, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and stress management.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring they receive immediate support and guidance.
• Develop and lead virtual therapy groups covering topics that resonate with client populations, such as coping strategies, mindfulness practices, and emotional regulation skills.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and support staff to coordinate client care and enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required, while advanced degrees are preferred.
