Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.
• Provide effective and compassionate short-term individual counseling, focusing on crisis intervention and management of acute mental health issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and development workshops focused on enhancing coping strategies and promoting personal growth.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with medical staff and community organizations to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Participate in outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns, to promote overall wellness and destigmatize mental health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• An annual salary of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
