Work Environment

This position is set in a remote work environment that supports professional flexibility while encouraging interaction and teamwork through virtual meetings and consultations. As part of our community health clinic initiative, we leverage technology to provide seamless care to our patients while maintaining a close-knit team dynamic. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, establishing a foundation for individualized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions to foster a sense of community and address prevalent mental health issues among patients.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to empower patients during acute mental health episodes, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Educate clients about their mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and local community resources that may assist them in their recovery.
• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation, adhering to industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and team meetings to ensure best practices and continual learning within the mental health field.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to refine skills and stay current on the latest mental health research.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
