Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, to foster resilience and empower clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and professional standards to ensure compliance and integrity in patient care.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic treatment, ensuring all aspects of a client’s health are attended to.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance the quality and efficacy of care, leveraging the collective knowledge and skills of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
