Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description

We're partnering with a highly regarded national law firm seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded BD professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys and practice leadership to drive business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with practice leaders and attorneys to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
\n
• Lead client pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and targeted business development initiatives.
\n
• Identify opportunities for client expansion, cross-selling, and new business generation.
\n
• Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform growth strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, events, and business intelligence teams to strengthen practice visibility.
\n
• Support thought leadership initiatives, industry conferences, client events, and targeted campaigns.
\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, providing guidance on client development and relationship-building strategies.
\n
• Mentor junior BD professionals and contribute to improvements in processes and overall BD effectiveness.
