Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Advantage Point Wellness Center, you will primarily work with clients who have been pre-screened and assessed as having low acuity needs. These individuals are often navigating manageable life challenges and seeking guidance and support. This focus enables our counselors to deliver effective care without the stress of crisis intervention, allowing for deeper therapeutic relationships and client growth.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Possess a valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Note: We are unable to accept candidates who are interns or require supervision for independent therapy.

• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong self-management skills, particularly in scheduling and case management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Clear of any disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
