Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to fully understand the individual needs of clients. Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving specific mental health goals.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and trust in our professional capabilities.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors to facilitate integrated, person-centered care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the overall enhancement of service delivery and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
