Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients of all ages, including adults, teens, and couples, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Utilize a robust billing service to manage claims, process accounts receivable, and conduct benefit and eligibility checks to streamline administrative processes.
\n
• Document all client interactions thoroughly and timely, ensuring that notes and records are kept up-to-date in accordance with best practices and organizational protocols.
\n
• Maintain an organized and accessible schedule, coordinating ongoing appointments with clients while effectively managing your calendar to accommodate their needs.

• Demonstrate versatility in working with various clinical presentations, employing empathy and clinical skills to address complex issues faced by clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will engage with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including individuals and couples seeking assistance with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and grief. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive compassionate, empathetic, and competent care tailored to their unique situations. You will play a crucial part in enhancing patient outcomes by facilitating recovery and promoting mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW licensure, enabling independent practice as a licensed clinical social worker.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
