Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred work setting. Although most sessions will take place remotely, you will occasionally collaborate with your colleagues in an outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic methodologies tailored to clients’ specific needs.

• Effectively assess clients’ psychological and emotional needs to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.

• Engage in regular consultations with fellow therapists and administrative staff to discuss case management and to enhance the client care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing relational challenges, couples navigating conflicts, and families dealing with transitions or crises. This diversity requires a nuanced understanding of the complexities of family dynamics as well as an ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet varied cultural, social, and personal contexts. Your insights and interventions will play a critical role in fostering resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Strong foundations in ethical practice and a commitment to continual professional development.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by strong interpersonal abilities to create rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience working with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques.
\n
• A background in working with underserved populations is a plus, to help ensure comprehensive and inclusive care for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this part-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
