Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, establishing a clear understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, trauma, and depression.

• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring thoughtful, solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance care quality and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the formation of trusting therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities will be given priority. Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can also enhance your application. A proven track record of successfully engaging clients and achieving positive therapeutic outcomes is highly desirable.
