Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, establishing appropriate treatment plans by collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

• Facilitate referrals to additional services, community-based self-help programs, and human services, ensuring that patients receive the comprehensive support they require.

• Engage in regular meetings with the clinical director to discuss case reviews, management issues, and staff concerns to maintain high standards of care.

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of behavioral health therapists, providing guidance and support in clinical decision-making and performance evaluations.
