Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual appointments to determine their individual therapy needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Administer individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with the necessary coping strategies and tools to navigate their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and updated electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing an array of mental health conditions. You will provide services to individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and experiences, treating conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Your cultural competence and ability to adapt treatment methodologies to fit individual patient backgrounds will be crucial in successfully engaging clients and fostering a therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Expertise in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong understanding of mental health disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with experience in building rapport and trust with diverse clients.
