The regular work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools to determine the severity and complexity of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring they feel an integral part of their therapeutic journey.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver impactful interventions that foster mental wellness.

• Monitor client progress and make real-time adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring a responsive approach to their evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
