Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that categorize clients’ specific issues, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of clients navigating various mental health issues. These may include adolescents facing anxiety and depression, adults dealing with addiction or relationship difficulties, and individuals undergoing life transitions. Your expertise will ensure they receive culturally responsive care tailored to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is essential for this role.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is mandatory, demonstrating a thorough understanding of mental health disorders.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients in a virtual environment.

• Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills aimed at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Essential Grace Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
