Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients experiencing a range of emotional difficulties.

• Apply clinical knowledge to evaluate and diagnose emotional or mental health disorders such as grief, anxiety, stress, and depression.

• Encourage open discussion about emotions and life experiences, fostering insight and self-awareness among clients.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches designed to meet each client's unique needs.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective coping strategies are developed.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of stable adults with low acuity needs, helping to ensure that counselors can provide focused and effective treatment. All clients are screened prior to booking, which means you will work with individuals who are seeking guidance and support for manageable emotional challenges in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• Current, independent licensure as a mental health professional: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on your record.
\n
• Strong computer skills to navigate digital counseling tools efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 for full-time roles, with competitive pay for part-time counselors.
