Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Position Overview

Calibre Ortho Care is seeking dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapists to join our team at our Long Beach rehabilitation facility. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized care to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for clients, including detailed patient history and assessment of mobility and function.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs, goals, and progress.
• Monitor patient outcomes by regularly reassessing clinical signs and symptoms, documenting improvements, and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, helping them understand their conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals within Calibre Ortho Care to ensure cohesive care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Contribute to business objectives by meeting established productivity goals and maintaining high-quality care standards.
• Promote and uphold the core values and culture of Calibre Ortho Care, acting as an ambassador for our mission and principles.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults across various ethnicities and backgrounds. This position requires a sensitivity to different perspectives and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, building trust and enhancing their engagement in therapy.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Demonstrated experience in performing evaluations and treatments both in-person and, when appropriate, via telehealth.
• Adaptability to provide care in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibility in adjustment to treatment modalities.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care with a customer-service orientation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior work in a multidisciplinary therapy setting is a plus, emphasizing the importance of collaborative care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
