Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with team members. This includes the formulation of pre-crisis and crisis management plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring that all client interactions and interventions are duly recorded.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as part of the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy and outcome measurement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to the populations we serve.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, participating in relevant training and quality improvement initiatives to uphold the integrity of our clinical services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
