Director Of Human ResourcesRevolution Foods is seeking a hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead HR support across our Commerce/La Mirada, San Lorenzo, and Las Vegas operations. Supporting a growing workforce of 700+ employees, this role will lead a small HR team and partner closely with Operations and leadership to strengthen our employee experience, HR processes, compliance, and culture.We are looking for a builder, problem solver, and employee advocate with strong technical HR and employment law expertise, sound judgment, and an operational mindset. This leader will be comfortable working directly with frontline employees, coaching managers, navigating complex employee relations issues and advising senior leadership.HR should be proactive, preventative, and a first line of defense for our employees and the organization. As Revolution Foods continues to grow, this leader will help build the processes, leadership capabilities, and culture needed to scale while ensuring employees feel heard, respected, and supported and remain connected to our mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR support for 700+ employees across multiple locations and onsite/offsite operations, maintaining a strong and visible connection with our workforce.Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team supporting a primarily hourly and frontline employee population.Serve as a trusted resource and first line of defense for employees, ensuring concerns are heard, investigated appropriately, and addressed consistently and without retaliation.Take a preventative approach to HR, identifying employee relations, leadership, compliance, and cultural issues early and addressing root causes before they escalate.Lead complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action and other sensitive employee issues.Provide strong technical guidance on California, Nevada, and federal employment law, including wage and hour, leaves, accommodations, and compliance.Partner closely with Operations to improve leadership practices, employee communication, engagement, retention and the overall frontline employee experience.Build scalable HR processes and infrastructure that support continued organizational growth while creating greater consistency across locations, shifts and teams.Strengthen manager capabilities through coaching, training and clear expectations around communication, accountability, conflict resolution and employee management.Use employee feedback and workforce data, including turnover, attendance, engagement and employee relations trends, to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.Apply continuous improvement and root-cause problem-solving principles to HR and workforce challenges.Help drive cultural change by reinforcing respect, accountability, collaboration, transparency, and consistent leadership behaviors.Champion a mission-driven culture where employees understand how their work contributes to improving access to healthy food and positively impacting the communities we serve.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership responsibility.Bilingual English/Spanish required, with professional fluency in both languages.Experience supporting a large, complex, and growing workforce, preferably 500+ employees across multiple locations.Strong experience supporting primarily hourly/frontline employees in food production, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similar operational environments.Demonstrated experience leading and developing a small HR team.Strong California employment law and employee relations expertise required.Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and resolving sensitive employee concerns.Strong knowledge of wage and hour, performance management, corrective action, leaves, and accommodations.Demonstrated experience building HR processes and infrastructure within a growing or changing organization.Experience improving employee engagement, retention, and frontline leadership effectiveness.Experience supporting organizational change or cultural transformation strongly preferred.Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, root-cause problem solving, or similar methodologies preferred.SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable professional certification preferred.Salary Range: $180,00 - $220,000Revolution Foods provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable laws.
