Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $70000 - $90000 per year (commensurate with experience and production numbers)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Provide expert advice on standard commercial insurance coverages to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of accounts.
• Utilize the Epic software platform to manage client information and streamline processes.
• Consistently achieve or exceed production targets to support organizational goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial insurance with a strong understanding of standard commercial lines coverages.
• Skills :
  • Proven ability to generate new business through cold outreach and networking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open-minded with a can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.
• Location : Must be based in Virginia to qualify for remote work.
