Payroll & Benefits Specialist

But you'll also help shape compensation, administer benefits, analyze workforce data, improve systems, validate incentive plans, reconcile our self-funded health plan, support our 401(k), and partner with Accounting and leaders across the company. It's a role that combines finance, technology, HR, compliance, analytics, and continuous improvement. What success looks like You ask questions other people don't think to ask. You catch issues before they become problems. You make complicated things make sense. You automate repetitive work instead of accepting it. You help people trust that when it comes to their paycheck and benefits, everything is exactly as it should be. You'll probably love this job if... You naturally investigate discrepancies instead of explaining them away. You enjoy connecting data from multiple systems until the whole picture comes together.
