Key Responsibilities Register patients and manage appointment logistics. Verify insurance details and collect co-pays when applicable. Coordinate with Medical Records to maintain accurate patient files. Ensure the security and confidentiality of patient information at all times. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED/TASC. Minimum of 6 months healthcare registration experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and data entry skills. Typing speed of 25-35 wpm; knowledge of web-based medical software preferred. Bilingual ability is a plus. Work Environment & Schedule: Positions are located in hospitals and nursing homes, open 24/7. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights; full-time, part-time, and variable shifts available.
