Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments of clients to establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs using best practice guidelines.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as other innovative evidence-based approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes through a holistic approach.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical knowledge and standardize care across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
