Lead, train, and support Lift Operators. Maintain strong guest service presence and resolve concerns. Communicate operational updates to management. Document incidents and report maintenance needs. Requirements: Experience in Lift or Gondola Operations preferred. Strong communcation and leadership skills. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather.
